- Type 2: 40 scholarships available providing a monthly allowance.
Our programmes are directed towards a completely new type of education in the energy field, mobilising the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of the students. At the same time, the full energy knowledge students receive in "classical" two year energy master programmes is kept. This will give the graduates a very deep understanding of the world's energy challenges paired with a significant insight into how energy businesses are created and into the industrial perspective of the energy side.
The KIC InnoEnergy MSc programmes are specially designed to accommodate the EIT/InnoEnergy label criteria. Read more about the EIT labelled degrees
The programmes offered are the following:
The Master of Science programme “Clean Coal Technologies” is a two-years course on power engineering. The studies are held in English by a group of European technical universities supported by the Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC). It is divided into two periods. The students spend the first and the second semester at the university that is their “entry point”. After two semesters students depart for the university abroad that participates in the programme. Both universities issue the diploma.
This M.Sc. programme is aimed for people, who completed their previous studies and obtained a diploma equivalent to the Bachelor of Science in the field of theoretical or applied sciences. The minimal required level is 10 ECTS points in subjects related to power engineering (thermodynamics, energy technologies, heat and mass transfer, fluid flow mechanics). The application requirements are the same in each participating university, although the application procedure may differ. Please see details concerning the chosen “entry point” university.
Due to the differences in the process of teaching at the Bachelor level between Polish and foreign universities we are forced to CANCEL the application procedure in February 2012. The next recruitment shall start in September 2012.
Please DO NOT send any application forms or any other documents.
This programme is directed towards engineers with a professional experience in, for example, power plants. During the 18 months part-time studies, the candidates will stay in their industrial positions and receive crash courses in both technical and business related energy aspects.
